When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect the personal data you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry. When you browse the site, limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and performance.

- To respond to your enquiry and, if engaged, provide the legal services you request.
- To comply with the legal and professional obligations of a Spanish lawyer (abogado) registered with ICAMálaga.
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of this website.
The legal basis for processing is your consent and/or the steps necessary to enter into and perform a service agreement, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
